Marine projects
This section gives access to various documents describing projects in the marine environment (please click on the appropriate sub-link for further information).
Most relate to schemes for which a formal Environmental Impact Assessment (and/or information to support 'Appropriate Assessments') is required of an application for consent to the proposed works.
The MFA will generally consult widely over Environmental Scoping Reports with such bodies that they consider have statutory enviromental responsibilities to inform applicants what issues need to be addressed in their Environmental Statements.
This is not a comprehensive list of all available reports and similarly may not include all the accompanying supporting data.
Formal Environmental Statements are subject to consultation and are advertised publicly.
